OnCue’s latest mixtape is simply fantastic. For those who know me personally, you’re probably aware that I’ve been working closely with OnCue and his team for the last 8 months aiding in any way that I can. I do this because I truly believe in his music and that’s something that is hard to come by in today’s musical climate. We currently have 2 dates left on a 34 date national tour which he co-headlined and where I’ve had the privelege of being his DJ. We’ve all put our heart, soul and endless nights into this project. Enjoy.
Can’t Wait by OnCue
I know there’s a lot of chipoltles in new york but we’ve never had it so we tried it. Pretty good..obviously better than taco bell…BOSTON WE COMING

I’ll be on tour with OnCue for the next several weeks, so this little blog of mine will be taking a long hiatus. In it’s place, I will be reblogging from my dude PDA’s tumblr (www.pledgetoeat.tumblr.com) which will be updating our adventures in eating while on tour. Enjoy.

So this is what Florence would sound like if she lived in a drug induced state of darkness like The Weeknd seems too.

Vampire Weekend/Discovery’s producer and random instrument playing guy Rostam Batmanglij shows off his middle eastern roots with a new gem of a record.

Chappelle Show, all them Neal Brennans, sketch comedy, who is for real penning?
As a DJ, I can say that I’ve had to play this Outfield joint in one way shape or another at about 80% of my gigs over the years. I also despise it in almost every way. In almost every way except for the acoustic version that jj’s frontwoman performs on this video. It’s exceptionally beautiful.
I caught this video over the weekend and was a bit blown away. This girl is incredibly talented. Harlem’s on a roll these days.

Krit has never failed me.
My dude Cuey released the visuals for his latest track off his forthcoming Can’t Wait mixtape. Ain’t Greenpoint, Brooklyn pretty?

DRUNK DRIVING ON A WEDNESDAY!!!!!
The Movie Rhyme Professor Jordan Laws has prepared a new lesson. Course pre-requisites: 1) Be a fan of movies, from the most revered classics to the dumbest train-wrecks 2) Have rhythm, and a working knowledge of hip-hop style rhyme 3) Appreciate the technical mastery and pop culture fanaticism required to create this masterpiece.
I like seeing these young NYC dudes all fuckin’ with each other. Meyhem Lauren’s got bars too. Next level video concepts though? Not so much. But who really cares.
